A poem from the island of Thera

“Wild birds for food” was written when I lived on the island in 1977-78. The interior of this fold-out booklet was printed letterpress at The Lapis Press, Santa Monica. The cover was printed with Eric Holub at Hillside Press, 2017. The photograph, which was taken in Merida, Mexico in 1987, is a colorized digital print.
